Website terms

These terms apply to use of the public AccounTech website. Individual client engagements are governed by their own written agreements.

1. Website information

Content is provided for general information and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice unless a separate engagement expressly says so.

2. Services

Descriptions of accounting, automation and technology services are illustrative. Scope, pricing, deliverables, responsibility and service levels are agreed separately with each client.

3. Intellectual property

AccounTech and its licensors retain rights in website content, branding, software, graphics and other protected materials except where rights are expressly granted.

The site may refer to external websites or services. AccounTech is not responsible for third-party availability, content or processing practices.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AccounTech does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Law
